Our History
Lyceum Real Estate came into existence with the intention and expectation of serving people and the surrounding community. We recognize there's a need for a comfortable process in how people deal with something precious as their homes, and our hope is to fulfill that role.
What We Do
Our focus is to acquire real estate, no matter the condition. It can be a home in need of significant repairs or in turnkey condition. We look to purchase a property by reducing the headaches associated with a traditional closing. This means less money coming out your pocket to pay different hands reaching for the pot.
